Hey, my name is Jeroen Daams and I'm an International Mountain Leader. As a certified UIMLA International Mountain Leader I'm also liscenced as a Mountain Leader-UK, climbinginstructor (multi-pitch), Medic First Aid and Wilderness First Aid.
As an International Mountain Leader I'm out in mountainous terrain (summer & winter) with groups (recreational, educational or coaching). Support in new mountain tours or interesting workshop (navigation, hiking skills, equipment, mountain weather, snow-/avalanche skills, teamwork, etc.) can be offered and delivered aswell.
Experience the mountains optimal and 'feel the outdoors from inside' thats's my drive and makes my day. Sharing an adventure, finding your limits, have a nice chat or viewing a stunning landscape. They form moments, memories and insights.
I love the untamed curiousity and enthusiasm of kids , it's fantastic. They live and play in the moment and thats their reailty of the world. Often it's the small things that amaze and can provide a great experience. As a person I'm open, accessible, sensitive and empathetic. What do I find important? Connection, personal attention, self-experience, teamwork and humor.
