Experience the mountains at maximum, but safely and responsible. Visit that forgotten place by taking this hidden ridge.
Or feel the deep fresh dry powder snow when hiking on your sowshoes. Nice recreative day tours, a heavy multi-day hiking trip or learn something yourself? Enough reasons to go out with a experienced International Mountain Leader.
Through the years I made many tours myself and followed several courses. To meet an interanational accepted quality standard I followed the full scheme to become a professional UIMLA International Mountain Leader. Together with the scheme for mountainguides (UIAGM/IFMG) these two educations are the only worldwide accepted licenses to work as a professional with groups in the mountains.
The UIMLA (Union of International Mountain Leader Assocciations) represents a international accepted profesional quality standard for mountain leaders.

An International Mountain Leaders works as a professional in the mountains year round. Technical climbing equipment as ropes or carabiners are not needed. Hiking poles, snowshoes and avalanche safety equipement are standard working tools for an IML. By leaving the regular trails an IML will guide you to those remote and forgotten places to experience the mountains at the max. The all-round knowledge of his work field make an IML an interessting guide at a high professional level.
Navigation, tour planning, your skills in steep terrain, mountain weather, snow-/avalanche knowledge, geology, flora and fauna, teamwork, etc. An IML can tell you more about these topics.
